Missed Appointment Fee:
A $40 missed appointment fee applies if you don't notify us at least 4 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This fee helps us manage our clinic schedule effectively and ensure we can provide timely service to all our patients.
Rescheduling Appointments:
We kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need.
Payment Options:
We accept payments by cash, EFTPOS, debit card, and credit card (Visa and Mastercard). Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
ACC Claims:
If you are seeking treatment for an ACC-covered injury, please bring your ACC claim number with you to your initial appointment. We will handle the claim process directly with ACC on your behalf. We can also lodge an ACC claim for you.
